Bus crash brain injury: 3 million

While riding a public bus, our client was injured when a semi-truck failed to stop at a stop sign and broadsided the bus. The collision resulted in soft tissue injuries to the neck, back, knees, and shoulders, along with a traumatic brain injury that caused the onset of a somatoform disorder. The condition left the client with permanent cognitive issues, including memory loss and the need for assistance with walking.
